Day 18
Today was good for the most part.
Work wasn't too too bad, but its always something
Fitness training went well (side thing I do) and helped another individual
as well with training yesterday from my job out of the blue so that was cool.
Nice to see and feel things moving forward slowly but surely. Mainly know that this all can happen staying sober is a very rewarding feeling considering that I have had relapses where the bounce back wasn't that great in the beginning.
So I'm grateful for these days sober and grateful to you all for being welcoming and supportive with my return to posting, sharing and reading all you guys trails and triumph.
A happy existence is really what we are all looking for.

Truer words have never been spoken. It looks like you are going with the flow.
(work its always something) I wish I took that approach instead of drinking over
BS that was going to just materialize into different BS the following day that I could drink over.
That would never matter or that I could not even remember years later. My alcoholism would
still be roaring years later though. Not Today though! I only have today!
You have a healthy attitude and are deciding to be happy a day at a time.
Thank you for the reminder and thank you for being a power of example one day at a time
day 13 for me but I am going to sleep sober soon.....
