I made my 1st sober month, so very grateful!! I feel so much more positive this time round & I feel like I've finally accepted that alcohol is no longer a part of my life & oddly I'm ok with that.
If I continue to feel like this more often than not then I'll just be annoyed I didn't do it earlier!!
Not missing the booze & I'm finding other simple things to get enjoyment & relaxation from, for me it's just the simple things.
I appreciate this site so much & to all of u here making it such a safe haven.x
