Early beginning to day 14 / 2 weeks

Couldn't sleep so just decided to stay up for a bit. But glad to have made it to this point. Been hit with a lot these past 2 weeks that would of made me wanna drink. But ive been in the "what good would that do" mindframe. It'll just make things worse.

Just tired of the zigzag. It was getting old, expensive and heartbreaking. There's more to life than the drink or drug. Hardships come and go. Just learning to deal with them. I am happy and grateful for making it back to this point. For sure that.

Thanks again for the support

You’re doing your time TNT and that is what counts.
The other stuff is usually secondary and is made easier to deal with by doing what you are doing.
Keep going and things will become less problematic.

Finding a support system in recovery is extremely
helpful in achieving good quality sobriety. You, we,
us never have to go thru questionable things in
life alone or by ourselves.

Having someone to call upon, listen to, talk to,
lean on in times that are rough or tough can be
comforting, reassuring.

Just to know that we are one of many in recovery
seeking peace and serenity in the calm of uncertainty,
healthier solutions to use and incorporate in our
daily lifes to solve life situation instead of alcohol
or drugs is helpful knowledge to use to our advantage.

SR is one of many recovery lifelines to hold on to
and to never let go of as you move forward building
a strong, solid recovery foundation to live your life
upon to achieve health, happiness and honesty
for yrs to come.

Leave your addiction behind you as you see it
in the rear view mirror driving further and further
away from it and looking forward to a new, healthier,
happier, stronger you by remain willing and
openminded to do whatever is needed to remain
sober.

Support, caring and understanding sent your
way.
