Grateful to have found the sober recovery web site! To be aware of like minded people who are on the same journey is very comforting for me. It reminds me that I can reach out and communicate feelings that are so new to me in sober life. So thanks everyone out there and have a great day! I'm about to do some stretching, hop on my bicycle and head on over to a sober friends house for an evening of zombicide gaming! Something I NEVER would have done before.

Well, I have no clue what zombified gaming means, but I do know what it feels like to spend your time in a completely new way while sober. Good for you!

It's great to have you join us, MSTAR.
I felt so much less anxious after joining & reading a few posts - no one else in my life really understood. My SR family has helped keep me strong & courageous for over 12 yrs.
