Hi,

I wish everyone a healthy, nurturing, productive, relaxing, inspirational Saturday.

For me today I am going to take it easy on myself since I am only on day 8.
Meeting today in an hour . There will be cathartic tears no doubt when I identify with the speaker and my AA peers.
Then maybe a walk. Dinner. Guilty reading on the internet. All my GB friends I am obsessed with the Royal blogs
Then of course my SR boards which I am so excited to be a part of
Getting in a hot shower now (so grateful I can stand up in the shower
without feeling I am going to pass out)

thank you all for your support it has been instrumental in my experience/strength/hope

thank you. Yes great meeting very inspired. I just love the glamour of the Royal Family. Always have.

Need to concentrate on my Sober boards.

Thank you everyone.!! I I just went for a walk. Anna not sure where you are located but I hope the weather clears up for your walk. Mine was very invigorating. It will be dark here in an hour so some herbal tea , dinner and a big box of candy runts (hard sugar treats) I have lots of cravings. I think after this weekend I will need to have a healthier diet but I am just going to town. Especially with the diet coke.
Anyhow thank you so much for the support I will be reading the boards for awhile since it helps me tremendously. I am very blessed tomorrow I have a meeting from 830a beginners then a speaker meeting right after that ends at 11am so lots of recovery to look forward to tomorrow.
This week has been very draining. I have in the past gone a week or two without drinking while not in recovery but planning my next drink eventually. Its the actual soul searching , action I am taking and the decision to change that I feel is making each sober day rewarding for me.
