-Life is still going good.
-Reading SR everyday because I want and need to!
-My sleep is kind of sorta improving. I haven't been taking my two stage melatonin at night to fall asleep and stay asleep. I still wish I slept longer but part of that is on me from just getting up when I need to just rollover and stay in bed.
-I did disappoint myself because I didn't plan a reward for the 4 month mark. Guess it will just be cleaning, maybe dog sitting and a nap during the football game. Lol

I dunno...I stopped the rewards after a while - I was living the way I wanted to live and that kinda became its own reward after a while

Sleep is a prob for me - still (3 yr 8 mo) - it's been a process and is much better, and definitely needed those 6 mo and more to get to a better place. Naps are a miracle in and of themselves!!
