Today has been cool for the most part. I got some things to take care off that have been on my mind a bit cause I blew them off drinking. But thats how I get. Learning to not dwell so much. Nothing can be done about it now other than handling them best I can.

Also has been a decent feeling day physically. Still have fatigue and some irritability but it was much better than Day 1 lol. That alone is a blessing. And so is every day sober.

But for now, this moment is God sent gift. And I'm grateful.

Great job on four days. You can do this. Just do tomorrow what you've been doing to stay sober. And yes, a prayer never hurt anything.
