I can certainly relate to the mental anguish after a binge. I was always particularly mortified over the texts/calls/social media activity that I engaged in during my drinking session. I actually disabled my Facebook and keep no contacts in my phone because I can't trust myself from sending out regretful messages that are usually nonsense. You aren't alone in your struggles!
