Good morning my sober crew did you know forgiveness is the oil that keeps the sobriety machine running smoothly it is absolutely required that we learn to forgive others and ourselves in order to live a life of blissful sobriety. . I don't think forgiveness can be taught it can be suggested but never taught forgiveness comes from a place within us that is deep and Elemental . Forgiveness is a primal urge that only arises when we consciously decide to be forgiving the beautiful thing is that once we access this place of forgiveness the benefits are all ours after sobriety forgiveness is the most valuable gift we can give ourselves. Pretty cool huh. ✌

I think when a person realizes that holding grudges and resentments just keeps THEMSELVES stuck in a miserable place of their own creation , because they are allowing someone elses actions to wallpaper their mind,

I dont want that negative junk in my mind anymore.
