10 weeks and just checking in here I cannot believe I have got to 10 weeks AF. I also am really shocked by my previous alcohol behaviour, and think 'did I really do that?'. I still sometimes fancy a nice refreshing G&T, but that is always when I am thirsty, and having an AF refreshing drink is what I really want.....and does the trick. Wishing all SR newcomers and long-standers a happy AF weekend. |
