I ended up going to jail last night after a scuffle with my neighbor. Got some tickets.

Made it to court this morning got a ride and didn’t stink of booze. Court actually went well now I’m at work on one hour of sleep. I’m dying and trapped in this life. And to the comments about me driving on suspended, it just is what it is. In fact that charge was dropped today when I talked to the judge. It’s the drinking that’s killing me...and calling my ex.

I was doing so well. God help me.

Hi BABM sounds like court went well for you that is good to hear and a positive for you although probably difficult for you to see any light by the sounds of it. You are strong and can get through this- you must be to be at work after 1 hours sleep!!

You have to help yourself first before God let alone a person can. And, it's not your ex.

Don't drink when you finish work.

We can tell you it's time til we are hoarse, but it's up to you. Ending the piling on of more problems- up to and including death, let alone more jail - has to be the first thing you do, by putting the drink down.

I’m glad court went well. I’m sorry you got in a scuffle with your neighbor hope everyone is alright.

You were doing well and you can get sober again. This is just a slip and you need to get back up and dust yourself off.

Stay at away from anything or anyone who can trigger you. Maybe it’s time for some face to face help? It might help if next time you get tempted you can call someone to help talk you off the ledge.

You caught a break.

Now do something with it.

One more time (from me anyway): AA, ask for help, do what you're told.
