It’s day 7 . Had some cravings last night but after eating a good meal and indulging in some dark chocolate I was over it . Home from work now and would normally be opening a bottle of wine but going swimming with the kids instead . Thanks for all the tips .

Thanks for all the support . I can honestly say the past few days have been the best I’ve had in a long time . Is it weird that I’m enjoying not drinking ? I’m waking up refreshed , clear headed and looking forward to what the day will bring . I know it’s really early just 9 days today but feel so confident I can do it this time .Think it could be because this time around I can come here and soak up all the support and advice all you lovely people have to offer .
