I am so sorry for your loss , i lost my dad to suicide i know how hard it is when its the dates that come up
YOU CAN DO IT I know you love your kids but you have to start to LOVE YOURSELF i know that seems impossible to love yourself but if you want to be sober be kind to yourself yes you slipped but you need to pick yourself up dust your self down and keep going your kids love you they NEED YOU
take it one day at a time go to AA get help and stay sober
