18 months

I think a year and a half sounds better. Done a 180 since then. Never for a second did I think it was possible. I thought I’d die a slow miserable death. To anyone reading this that is fighting the biggest battle of your life, it can be done. A lot of hard work and soul searching, but it’s all worth it. Thank you sr for keeping me sober. Without this site, I really think I would’ve fallen off the wagon by now. I don’t post much but read every day. It’s 75 and sunny in my neck of the woods, think I’ll go for a long run and lift some weights, two things I never could’ve done 18 months ago.

Congratulations on a year and a half, that is huge.
And just think, it only gets better.
Great going and best to you.

Woo hoo! I've always liked "half" markers myself, whether in months or years + ;) . Keep going!

Awesome stuff - I'm on the same train as you, a few weeks away from 18mos myself.

Proud to be here with you.
