Well I’m here just to check in and say I’m happy to say I’m on day 47 alcohol free.
i have to give the nay sayers in the previous post.... you where totally right. It was not as easy as I had hoped.
i stumbled and failed for more than a month before I finally got a hold on things.
It turns out that the lifestyle change has helped but ultimately i have to credit most of my success to the help and support of my wife (who is quitting right along with me).we are doing our best to keep ourselves accountable and reminding each other how much happier and meaningful our lives are without the influence of alcohol.
anyway just wanted to check in
