Great going!! I felt a lot of positive shifts forward in different areas around the 100 day mark. And "counting the 100s" became a really fun type of benchmark.

Keep going- so glad you are here.

100 days is absolutely fantastic! It's honestly the point where I truly felt better about the changes to my life and embraced the new person I'd become (or the old person, who had been lying dormant because of alcohol!) You'll find it will only get better from here :)
