Not sure how to ask this question without it sounding wrong so here goes....
Is this your longest quit so far? I’m asking because like many of us who’ve relapsed in the past, there’s always a “personal best” to aim for and then beat.
My “PB” was always two weeks, but then I’d try and moderate and ..... When I finally realised moderation wasn’t possible, it was a lightbulb moment.

Mummy, it's amazing how quick it goes by, isn't it? I think as Hodd suggests that this is a good point to watch for magic milestones. That's definitely the case for me.
