Don't get me wrong, relapses are very bad, and often fatal. However, there's a great deal that can be learnt from them if we analyse them after they've happened. What do you think triggered it? Was it a combination of things? Was it a person, or a place, or even an action?

I've analysed my many relapses over the years and it's helped me deal with the emotions I've felt. Looking into a relapse and trying to figure out the root cause of it has been incredibly beneficial for my psychological and emotional wellbeing.

I wish you the best of luck in your continued recovery.

Natom.
