Best thing you can do for your skin is to eat more nutrient dense foods, more plant based stuff, fruit and drink lots of water, cut down caffeine too. Use a body brush daily to stimulate blood flow in the skin and get rid of dead skin cells. In my bath twice a week I have a cup of apple cider vinegar, a cup of Dead Sea salt and 100ml of magnesium oil. That has helped hugely to get my skin healthy.
The only thing that anyone could call slightly a fad that I do is each morning I juice 2 cupfuls of kale, 3cm of root ginger, 2 sticks of celery and an apple that I drink down in one. It gives my body a low calorie shot high in nutrients and I can honestly say it has also made a difference. x
