60 Day Pink Chip On South Beach
Tonight I picked up my 60 day chip on South Beach. This is my home group, where I went to get sober.
This group saved my life. They meet at 10pm and when I could not sit at home alone, they were there for me. I met amazing people.
The South Beach group is a motley cru of characters, extremely unique. There are people from walks of life that are so incredibly different, you would think they were on different planets. We normally would not mix.
I love these people with all of my heart. I have lifelong friends from these rooms. I know that every time I walk in to the room, I have family there, to hug me and ask me how I am doing. I meet someone new there all the time.
In these rooms, there are no strangers...only future friends.
Love all of you, thank you as well for keeping me sober another day.
