4 Weeks....

Morning everyone. I’ve made it to 4 weeks! Still early days & it’s definitely not been easy but with SR, AA, returning to my spiritualist church and a solid plan so far so very good! Has anyone else found at 3 1/2 week + you start to sleep properly again? Atm I could just sleep & sleep & sleep!!

Wishing you all a positive, happy and sober Monday.

Congratulations on reaching 4 weeks Rainbow! I was glad to be able to sleep as a lot as it meant avoiding some of the cravings.

Congrats rainbowalien on 4weeks!

Sleep definately has improved, and dreaming has returned. I still have issues with waking up early, but i slept in until 8am this weekend for the first time in...?

Congratulations on hitting the one month mark! Glad you’re sleeping well again. Sleep when you need to, you must need it.
