Pretty good

Day so far, made a cake for the kids, washing machine broke, where as before this would have been any excuse to pick up, I just thought out of my control so don’t worry about it 👍

Yep, when we let go of things we can’t control life gets exceedingly less complex. Keep it up Mummy!

Mummyto2 09-13-2019 09:15 AM

Yep it certainly does 👍

Cake is always good...and unless you happen to be an appliance engineer the washing machine breaking is definitely out of your control.

Thank you I feel it 👍

Good job, Mummy! You do sound very upbeat today. It is always a hard thing for me to realize that some things really are out of our control, but I'm getting better at understanding it. Cake sounds yummy--what kind?

Mummyto2 09-13-2019 12:12 PM

Thank you, I made a chocolate cake it was yummy kids loved it ❤️

You sound good Mummy.

Washing machines. Ugh. If you have to buy a new one make sure you get an agitator. Or if you are front loader don't go cheap. Ha! You're in France..they are probably better there. I bought I new machine, went a bit cheap and it sucks. Now I'm a bit of a clean laundry freak, but seriously. So irritating.

There is nothing, especially a broken washer, that drinking won't make much worse.

Mummyto2 09-13-2019 12:18 PM

Ha I can’t even open the door and it’s got some clothes in there haha oh well worse things happen, if hubby can’t fix it next week I shall order a new one, this one has done well we’ve had it for 13 years with no trouble at all 👍

Mummyto2 09-15-2019 05:40 AM

I’ve managed to fix it with the help of Houstin and the link whoop whoop 🙌

Verdantia 09-15-2019 03:41 PM

Hey Mummy-well done on fixing the washing machine-with Houstin's help. Such helpful, good people here. When I do my own bicycle repair I feel so accomplished--plus I'm saving lots of money!

Mummyto2 09-15-2019 09:49 PM

Yes so pleased we haven’t got to buy a new one just yet, bycle repair sounds tricky well done you 👍
