My journal entry
I have never written a poem or anything that even rhymes but something got into me tonight.There is some imagery that may be disturbing to those easily affected, This is not about suicide, but warning.
Came with a vengeance,
Consumed by the horde
Will and serenity,
Taken by sword
Shell of my entity,
Strangled by cord
Sublingual medicine,
My pain is restored
Loss of me,
Taken by hour
Rebirth of me,
By almighty power
Never for granted,
Blade of a knife
Never for granted,
Resurgence of life
Came with a vengeance,

Yeah that's really good. The best poets originate from sublimely simple word construction, with imagary implied. Like one or two words in a sentence, reminds of william blake.
