126 days -not losing faith and £16000
All,
I work but have no saving because of family break up.Paying back huge loan. Now got another shock of paying third party insurance amounting £16000.
I have a faith over myself as I didnt do any bad to anyone as far my knowledge ,so my soul is still strong.I always think its my turning point so I am fighting alone.
I am strong and brave with sobriety .
No matter what happens in my life I stay sober thats all.
Take care guys

Hello Paul,
Fellow Brit here. Congratulations on your sobriety. It sounds like there is a lot of stuff going on in your life right now but it's nice to see you have a positive attitude towards everything.

Hello friend Congrats on sober time. Hey yes things are not going to be peaches and cream all the time. But even thru all that . what we do have is our sobriety and having that we arw able to manage feel me. And you know booze would not solve any of it. ✌
Paul,
My advice is to take life one day at a time. The things that you're dealing with right now can be overwhelming so try and get some support systems in place. You've got this forum and it's chatrooms, friends, family, AA meetings or other recovery support groups etc.
You're powerless over what happens with the whole insurance situation at the moment. You can get a breakdown from the company, talk to citizens advice etc but the rest of it is out of your hands (unless you're told otherwise). It may be worth asking citizens advice whether hiring a lawyer would be beneficial. There may be some that will work low cost etc.
Just take one day at a time and try not to get overwhelmed.

I agree, Paul. Some of what you are dealing with can be overwhelming, so I think that you have to focus on what you can manage each day.
You're doing the right thing by facing the issues at hand.

I'm glad you're bearing up Paulsandy. As far as the £16,000 goes speak to Citizen's Advice or one of the online financial advice lines and work out a payment plan that you can meet - no one can ask for more than you can afford to pay and getting a payment plan in place will take a lot of weight off your shoulders. You are doing really well.
....Thank.you.all.Now I haveasked the details of cost from.insurance company.Lets see it first how they respond. Will try myself to reduce .I will see other option like Citizen advice or lawyer if I am not satisfied.Asked them the day before yesterday but has no response yet.
Lets see.
Once again thank you all for your time and efforts.
