3 days. Hi guys. Just checking in. 3 days for me.. im still very paranoid. Fearful and jittery. The affects of the horrendous weekend still on me. But I am not going back this time. I just cant! I'm nearly 38 years old and been trying sobriety for 7 years now. I will NOT let this illness get me to the point of no return. I wanna stick around this group as it's amazing support. If any one wants to message me then feel free. The more spiritual recovery food the better for me right now. Big love to you all. RJ |
