I hate that phase almost as much as the night sweats (which I still have after 10 days).

I'm not an emotional guy outwardly. I haven't cried since I broke my finger in 6th grade. But the first couple days in withdrawal and a stinking movie will make me tear up LOL. I hate it. Of course, my internalizing all my feelings likely greatly contribute to my alcoholism. Still, I don't like crying. Manly BS lol

Thanks I’ve kept busy and feel great now, bit like a rollercoaster up and down, cleaned the house and have a lovely meal on the go ❤️
