3 weeks

After a week of all sorts I’ve made it 3 weeks! hooray!! I’ve adapted my plan to include the unexpected eventualities life throws (why on earth didn’t I think of that to start with????)

wishing you you all a happy, sober & positive week ahead 😊

Excellent! Great going and congratulations.
You even 'sound' confident.
Best to you in sobriety.

That's really great!
Especially after a not so great week- plus, you learned that you could get through it sober, even if it was a challenge.
It's good to have some coping techniques handy for when sh** happens, and to adjust your plans so you can deal with more confidence with whatever is thrown at you.

Thank you everyone ☺️ I know it’s very early days but something just feels a little different this time like something has clicked finally.

I can relate. I’ve been in early recovery countless times. This time feels different for me too. I just feel done.
