I was actually thinking about you last night, wondering and hoping that you were going to get past day 4.

And here you are on day 5 no less. Brilliant!

Keep on going Newlife.

Feeling good, work is busy and tonight will be busy but I think that will probably help. Not going to lie, I get pretty bad cravings around 5-8 but just have to power through. As people say, sobriety is hard and hangovers are hard, choose your hard.

Yes this sober thing is not easy but the rewards are great. See for yourself. I was like you 124 days ago. Nothing like it I tell ya. ✌

You said “you’re not going to lie” about cravings. You never have to lie about cravings. cravings are natural and absolutely 100% per of recovery. Never be ashamed of or confused about why you’re having cravings. The key is to accept and acknowledge those cravings and have a plan for how to dea with them. If you need advice, most of us have our own techniques.

And by the way, we do care.
