New month new start

Well ive done alot of thinking during the night, i want a new life, i want a sober life and a happier life free from the drama of alcohol. So 1st of September seems a good time to start.
i dont have all the answers to fix everything but today, i have got up early had a lemon and hot water and my food is going to be healthy. I have joined anniegrace 30 day challange. I am taking my son to my parents for the afternoon and have booked a spa treatment for myself, i need to start to self love. After that i will come home and binge watch Stranger things. I know my attempts may not seem much to some but it really is me not only being sober but creating a new life too.
tomorrow i have a counselling appointment so hopefully will get more help from then as to coping strategies.
i want to improve my life and stay sober more than anything.

Good for you wanting a sober new life and a better you. I’m pretty much the same and only 7 days booze free.

The poison does seem to rob us of a lot and apart from our health it also stops us from progressing as a person.

Good luck!
