Double Nickel Day

Life is really good at this point but it does have it's ups and downs.
I wish my sleep would improve because I'm only getting roughly four hours a night but going to bed sober and waking up sober is making up for it at this point.
I'm getting “bored” with my morning routine so I'm working on changing that up and not stressing over it.

Have a great day!

Change is good. Do a little tweaking to your routine. See what works. I know what doesnt work and thats boozing. ✌

Good for you.

For me, the greatest benefit of not drinking is great sleep, but it took awhile.

Congrats.

I have this app called CBTI Coach. Its a cognitive behavioral support tool for sleep stuff. I found some of it helpful, a lot of it I already knew. But the idea is similar to making any big changes, ya gotta change things up. Even if they feel counter intuitive. Maybe check it out.
