2 weeks

The grass might just be greener on this side of the fence. Gotta keep watering and taking car of it though.
i felt a clear reduction in my unmedicated depression today. Had some moments of feeling content today , but also plenty of boredom.
Finally my body feels like it is starting to heal. I think this is why I'm here for the long hall. I am motivated to have a healthy body and mind. At 32 I'm in a position now to reach a new physical and mental peak. Be the best me I can.

You are lucky to make this U-turn at 32. Don’t waste any more time.

32 is a good age for working out too. The body still can develop loads of muscle and stamina.

My drinking was off and on at 32 and ramped up around 38.

That is when I decided to party like a rock star. I did it and I almost died or lost everything a few times.

I was not born addicted. It was a learned behavior. I decided to unlearn it.

It hasn't been easy. It has been hell. But, the rewards are amazing.

Thanks.
