Residual Night Sweats 3 Months Sober
Hi all! I’m almost 3.5 months sober. I’ve had 2 nights recently (not consecutively) in which I’ve had horrible cold night sweats. Can this be residual withdrawal? Anyone experience this? Thanks!

I went through that for years in my forties and I wasn't drinking.
There is a lot of hormonal stuff that happens in that demographic which may cause this .
I don't recall having night sweats after the first couple weeks after I quit drinking.

It was very normal for me and on and off for a long time. Last year, I stopped taking the sleep meds my dr had me on bc the sweats were so bad. I'm taking them again with minimal prob and only occasionally a t shirt change.
My body had a lot of healing to do and a few months in I was still in the evolution of it for sure! Keep going.
