Checking in
Just wanted to check in since it's been a while. Today makes 5 months of continuous sobriety.

Given how bad my addiction had become, this is nothing short of a miracle for me and my family.

Thanks to everyone here at SR for the advice, support and encouragement in the earliest days of my sobriety, I couldn't have done it without all of you!

I am also into my 5th month and getting used to the new normal. Practical and spiritual discipline is what I work on. It is a work in progress but so far so good.
