Good evening . ladies and gents. It is me Again. Celebrating the big 1 double 0. Today. How bout it!!!!! Had a good Sunday. Got home from work. Took the girlfriend to a super good Mexican restaurant not the cheapest place but you know what I rewarded myself with a good meal. Beats spending it on booze. Life is good. With that I will keep coming back.

Good morning thank you all for responding I really look forward to the responses since I've been logging down my journey of sobriety and here I am at day 100 I would have never in my wildest dreams thought I would stay 100 days sober. My life has done a complete 180. And all for the good. And I am still learning on a daily bases. Those of you just starting. Your journey. All I can say is dont give up. Could you slip? It can happen. Even with me. .....however just like some folks here say if you put the same effort into sobriety as you did getting boozed. Well you get the picture. Also some folks ask how do you do it or what do you do to stay sober. My answer to that is everybody does it different in my case I do not go to AA which I do use the AA principles 12-step principles and just about anything sober related I will use to see if it works. My mind set is different. That part is the second phase. First phase is the getting booze out of system. Next is the mind. Reprogramming the brain . and that is a daily thing. Well I got a fresh cup of java I made with coffee brought from my homeland. Heck no need for red bull drinking that lol. Keep coming back. ✌

SoberRican! Congrats! Excellent job!! I haven't logged on to the forums in a couple of weeks, and there must be some divine intervention that made me log in on your 100 day milestone! I relate with your journey because I am at day 78, and am not going to AA either, just reading all of the sobriety info I can, etc. Lots of Craig Beck Youtube videos and other people's personal Youtube videos. I get what you are saying about phase 2...makes perfect sense. Anyway, CONGRATS. NICE WORK!
