Ahhh I'm coming up to 5 months sober!!! Still cant believe it. Everyone around me has either responded positively to it or just not cared enough to say anything negative which is great.

I actually have a job now which I dont dread waking up for every day! I feel so content ...

Definitely time to hit the gym though, I've certainly over compensated on food.

Hope everyone is well. If you are struggling at all, seek help - either on here or elsewhere. Remove known triggers too if possible!! (My old job was my biggest).
