80 days -Monitoring fears and worries !

All ,
almost completed 80 days and having very high and low moods/hopes.
Specially fears and worry are losing their strengths.I hardly go through a very low moods.I started to write down my worries and catagorising the real worry and hypothetical worries.
A real worry that I can fix with plan and hypothetical worries I have nothing to do so let it be there .Allow to come in ang go .Give no importance ...So its losing its power.
With less worry means less Fear !!

Weldone Paul you can do it !!!

Absolutely, Paul, well done. That's exactly what you need to do. I'm glad you're feeling good.

Great job on listing them out and separating what you can control from what you cannot. That’s a big step for lots of people.

Hi Paul

I’ve got major worries right now with my aging parents and don’t really know how to care for them. My mother in particular has developed mental conditions such as anxiety and is totally unreasonable in her behaviour.

But that’s life. I can deal with it a whole lot easier without a bottle of wine inside me or a storming hangover the next day.

We can analyse and analyse, but keeping off the booze makes every situation much easier 👍😀
