Thats just your bod adjusting is all. Much props on 23. It gets better. Real talk. Im at 81 days and let me tell you. Its a good feeling . for some they call this the pink cloud thing . I try not to think of it that way. Cause my thinking is what goes up must come down. So my bubble is not burst per se I just take it one day at a time. Thats it.

Yes welcome. Keep posting and reading. I think people have gone through all manner of adjustments physically and mentally after quitting so chances are you’ll find multiple folks who have lived through similar situations. And some say PAWS is as bad as, and certainly more vexing than, acute withdrawal. Bottom line, it won’t get better if you start drinking again as you know so that part is “simple” . Hope your GP or another medical professional can help if it keeps being problematic.

I think it is likely just your mind's way of remembering the physical toll that drinking took on you. See your doc if the symptom lasts more than a few hours. By day 23 you should be able to do a total physical and mental reset with some exercise. If that doesn't work, get in to the doc. Great job on 23 days by the way.
