I concur with what doggonecarl said. I could have just as easily gotten addicted to pills as I did alcohol. Because I was using it to self-medicate. I just happened to find alcohol first. And it's legal and easy to get. I never have taken a benzo or anything like it, but I bet I would have liked it and gotten hooked. I had to address the reasons I self-medicated, then I found freedom.
I do understand that your situation with anxiety is different. But the way you keep talking about just wanting any sort of relief is the concerning part. Just be super careful.

This one not so much.
There is no easy way to deal with anxiety. Trust me
It got me addicted and im still suffering. Ashwaganda wont cut it. (,yup tried it) Gaba wont, cbd wont ( spent 300.00 on it lastmonth ) seeing a doctor and begging for mercy and relief in the am because I havent eaten or slept.
If anything a holistic lifestyle?
But you have to be on the right track with the right support.

Same might happen with Phenibut.
I won't give up trying to relieve this hell I feel...that is why I drank.
I have a whole bottle of benzos..never abused them...I take them as prescribed..they just don't last long enough..
