Finalcall

Back here again in this mind set where not drinking is more important again. Using the tools I found useful last time.
this site, journaling, gratitude, great diet, well slept.
I have had enough of alcohol taking more from me than I am willing to give.

Back to the start. Will be rough but the memories of seeing what is on the other side are still fresh

Hi. I'm the same place - going through withdrawal and wondering why I put myself through it. I can't do it anymore.

Welcome back FinalCall

I think TomSteves got a point - may be think about some things you can add to your strategy this time - make a foolproof staying sober plan?

Here to support you...no matter how many times you have to try and quit....
This is a horrible addiction...tricky....We think we have it and then BAM we don't.

Just do the things that you know work ...one day at a time.

Glad you want to quit- strongly echo Dee and tomsteve that a true recovery focused plan is critical. That other stuff is important to add to it!!
