Definitely have thought about drinking this week but did not. It is nice to wake up not hungover.

For me at one month, I still had cravings, but they no longer required a drink to get rid of them. They were there, but they had become matters of choice. I remember that as being empowering. I did not have to drink anymore. I could decide my own future.
