Day 7 - trying new things

Today I went to see a friend in the city. I wanted to shake up my usual routine. I realize I need do different things if I want to be a different person. I'm also taking a break from your antidepressant medications. They have definitely helped the times but right now motivation. I would like to join a gym. One of my biggest problems is following through to so I'm going to come here for some accountability. Love you guys.

Love this press- finding new routines as I got and stayed sober was really important to me. Even routes I took to and from places!

Congratulations on the week, I will have a week tomorrow. Yes join a gym, every city I’ve lived in I go to the YMCA. I love it. They have many classes, great equipment and it’s not a gym full of juice heads. The people there are old/young/ in shape/ outta shape. They also contribute a lot back to the community.

I'm glad you're doing ok Press
I'd never recommend anyone go off their anti-d meds suddenly but it's your call.
