My first adult birthday sober.

Today should be my first adult birthday sober ever. As far as memory serves me I have drank and been not sober every birthday since my 14th birthday. So I managed to stay sober for my 13th birthday back in 1984 and should be sober for my 48th birthday today in 2019. I'm proud of myself for making 26 out of the last 12,410 days sober. lol. It aint much at all but at least I feel better in some regards.

Happy Independence Day and more importantly to me, happy july 4th(my birthday. Thanks SR for getting me here.

Congratulations and happy birthday. Indeed sober birthdays are special, I think the sober holidays are even better. Everyone is either drunk or hungover and I'm heading to the gym. Its great.

That's great Abraham! I turned 40 sober, right before I hit six months, and it was definitely the first one in a long time- even before the alcohol had consumed my life.

Happy Birthday Abraham and congrats on the sober time. I'm older than you and I feel like the sober time is the bigger cause for celebration. Birth-birthdays lost their charm a while ago.
