It's actually a big deal, When you look back years from now, you will see that those early points of celebration were more exciting and productive than your 25th sobriety birthday. Those were the ones filled with amazement, pride, and the realization that you have found what it takes to make it. They set the stage for the future.

Oh, and when someone tells you pride is a deadly sin, just ignore him. Pride is situational in nature.
