I am mortified

and I'm sorry, it's my first day sober but I'm shaking so much I can hardly type.
Just letting you know I'm alive but not well.
Tomorrow I gotta go get my health card, drivers license and debit cards replaced cuz I lost my wallet. That is a real bitch.

Hope you're all doing better than I am.

I'm really glad you made it back Caprice.

It might sound like a corny cliche but you really don't have to feel this way again - honestly.

Rest up - hope you feel better soon

Hi, Caprice. Im so sorry you're going thru this! I had a 2 day bender after 3 months sober and its really an awful feeling. Just pick up the pieces as best you can and then try again.

Caprice, I'm really glad to see you back here. It will be a pain doing all the bureaucratic stuff tomorrow, but you can get through it.

I am so glad you're back, Caprice. Good luck with all the bureaucratic stuff. Just don't drink and everything will sort itself out.

Do you need medical attention? The cards can wait.

Glad you are back! Was worried about you. You will get through this and I know it is annoying as hell to replace ID and cards not sure how many times I have lost my wallet when drunk. All the best!

Forget about the mortification (if you can) and focus on being well. Sure get the cards replaced but it sounds like the most important thing is rest, hydrate, and a plan to get and stay sober.

Take care of you and glad you made it back.

Hi Caprice
Glad you're back. Do you need some medical help with the withdrawals? Make sure you look after yourself. I couldn't go cold turkey on my last binge I was shaking and sweating so badly I drank some wine slowly as I was able to help keep the withdrawals down. Not a smart move, I am now 2 months sober. You can do this
