Working on Day 4 now. Feeling good just bloated. Thought I was done with the diarrhea (sorry) but it came back with a vengeance.

It takes a while to get back to normal functioning. Be patient, eat right and rest, and you'll be right as rain. :)

Just rest and give your body time to heal. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins and eat healthily.

Congratulations on day four. If bloating and diarrhea is all your suffering, you're doing pretty good. Although I realize both are distressing.
Just keep up the good fight and things will improve.
