Welcome! Lot's of good info here and people with a lot to share. I found that adding Sober Recovery as one of the tools in my program helps me feel like I'm standing on more solid ground than in my past attempts.

And feel free to ask anything! Like someone said, "We all came from different ships, but we're all in the same boat!" :grouphug:

Hello and welcome! Glad you decided to join the group. I've found SR too be very helpful. I didn't post much at first, but I read a lot of the threads and began posting more after a couple days.
