Day 3 (Zeuz)


Good morning SR. Today is day 3. I had a very good night rest and woke up a bit more energized. I have a late flight out tonight which I usually drink on. I'm preparing for that with snacks and healthy drinks.

My head fog is better. My mind does seem to pinpoint opportunities to sneak a drink in as if I wouldn't notice. You're not tricking me buddy!

well done on 3 days zeuz. Know that feeling well any excuse. But think how good you will feel after taking that flight sober, good luck have a good day

I am experiencing a bit of anxiety in preparing for my flight tonight. It's going to be a tough 3 hours. I will get through it.

It's good you're planning so you are prepared to face the challenge. I think it's encouraging that you know some of the spots that will be harder for you to work through.
