Back on track. Day 35
hi all. Had 208 days sober up till Feb this year , the longest sober period ever and crazily went back on it JUST as I was coming right , after several failed attempts im finally and thankfully back on sober train. I knew before I drank last Feb that I'd have to give it up again but totally underestimated how difficult that would be , I returned to being a 24 / 7 drunk totally non functioning , Plan now is to resume training , not to isolate myself as much , and stay closer to here. Wishing everyone the best and a big thank you to all those here that advised and supported previously.
Welcome back Kid
all those things are good but I recommend at least reading this link on recovery action plans - you may find some more helpful ideas to help turn your recovery into a new and permanent way of life

congrats on 35 days
