Day 1 again

Cant believe I've mocked up again and back on day 1 after 6 months. Went on a complete vodka bender and I've hurt so many friends. Now I feel like I'm dying. Just needed to post. Thank you.

Welp, you know what to do. The wagon awaits if you want to jump on again.

That's rough after six months. I once relapsed after seven. In short order, I was drinking around the clock again.
Remember how you feel now, and realize you never have to feel this way again.
I hope you can nip the relapse in the bud before it turns back into something else all together.

Thats a shame after 6 months. Do you know what went wrong?

I'm back on day 1 too and am feeling pretty rough. Hang in there!

Thanks all. I stopped drinking last night just need to get over the withdrawals. I also have bi-polar and was triggered by an incident and decided to drink rather than get help. But I've got this it's helping to read through the forums.

Welcome back :)

I think you could do a lot worse than post here everyday - maybe check in with your Dr too about the BPD stuff?
