It's great that you reached out for help. That simple act can be transformative.
Keep the momentum going -- one of the things that kept me going in the beginning -- and, based on your insurance and/or your ability or willingness to pay within a certain range, look into getting some therapy, if you're not already there.
I've read a lot of posts with people talking about how continuous emotional support changed their lives. I neither recommend nor discourage people from introducing medication. It's a very personal decision.
Sometimes the best thing a good therapist can do is to introduce you to yourself.
